Power to Gas Technology

Power to Gas Technology | Converting Surplus Energy to Gas The increasing penetration of renewable energy generation in the electric energy market is currently posing new critical issues, related to the generation prediction and scheduling, due to the mismatch between power production and utilization. In order to cope with these issues, the implementation of new large scale storage units on the electric network is foreseen as a key mitigation strategy. The Power to gas technology is one promising option in the context of these multi-dimensional challenges because Power to gas enables a combined temporal and spatial balancing solution for a time when renewable energy will supply the major part of the electrical demand. The storage concept links power and gas networks by the conversion of power into gas by two major steps: hydrogen (H2) production by water electrolysis and the following conversion of H2 and carbon dioxide (CO2) into methane (CH4) in the Sabatier reaction.

Vapour Recovery System

Ejector Vapour Recovery System at Best Price Vapour Recovery : In the Oil and Gas Industry, product vapours are produced by flashing from High Pressures to Low Pressures, Gas-Liquid Separation in Separators, and Evaporation from Storage tanks. The generated vapours consist of the lighter molecular fractions present in the liquid. The vapours, if recovered can convert into usable product which helps boost the revenue from the facility. Most applications come under the category of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC). Some of these compounds are known to affect air quality and create Air pollution and are classified as Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAP) Recovery of these vapours eliminates letting of to the atmosphere thus stopping Air pollution. Over the years, due to increased awareness regarding the loss of valuable product and stringent emission norms, recovery of the produced vapours has been made mandatory. Air Ejectors Manufacturers and Suppliers

Air Ejectors Manufacturers and Suppliers The main function of the air ejector is to extract air and no condensate gases from a closed system. It provides vacuum by removing air from the condenser. The amount of air extracted at the time of starting is more as compared to running unit. Parts of ejector: It generally consists of converging nozzle, diverging nozzle, diffuser throat, inlet and outlet pipes, for measurement of air flow rota meter, cells with tube for regeneration heat transfer, Steam traps for drip control. An air ejector or steam ejector is a device which uses the motion of moving fluid (Motive Fluid) to transport another fluid (Suction fluid). It is has a wide range of application in steam ejector in boiler condenser, fresh water generator and in priming the centrifugal pump. Appliction of Air Ejectors: 1. Steam Jet Air Ejector : It is one of the types of air ejector which is used in the steam like near the condenser to remove the non condensable gases an
