Tantalum Heat Exchangers

The high corrosion resistance of Exotic metals and Special Steel combined with their high heat conductivity and manufacturing friendly properties make them ideally suitable for use in Heat exchangers. We deal in various type of Heat Exchangers such as Shell and tube Heat Exchangers, Bayonet Type Heat Exchangers, Hairpin Exchangers, Tantalum Heat Exchangers . Our Heat Exchangers are used in the Chemical and process Industry and have ensured a long and stress free operation for our clients. We also supply custom made Heating / Cooling Coils to satisfy small heat duties and tank Heating Applications. Tantalum Heat Exchangers for Ultimate Corrosion resistance: The ability of tantalum to resist severe corrosion makes it an ideal choice for heat exchangers with highly corrosive process fluids. Severe Corrosive environments involved in heating /boiling of corrosive acids in tanks can be comfortably handled by Tantalum Bayonet Heaters.   Tantalum Fabrications In addition to Tant

Water Jet Ejectors

Water ejectors are vacuum pumps, driven by a high pressure water or steam. They use kinetic energy of the driving medium to suck in gases, vapours or alternative liquids then discharge the resultant mixture against a counter pressure. Turbine Works manufactures water jet ejectors for industrial and marine functions. Ejectors are easy in design and reliable operative since they do not have movable elements like standard pumps. Major elements of an ejector are an inlet casing, nozzle, mixing chamber and diffuser. Since there aren't any moving elements, no lubrication is necessary and maintenance is nominal. Ejectors are self-priming merely activated by simply turning on the flow of the driving water. Crystaltcs  is manufacturing Water Jet Ejectors & this ejector is using Water instred of Steam. Motive fluid can be some other liquid also. Normal range for a Water Jet Ejector is from atmosphere to 45 mm hg abs depending upon the water temperature. These water jet ejectors

Flare Gas Recovery

What is Flare Gas ? The flare gas consists of a mixture of various hydrocarbons and is also known as associated petroleum gas. The Gas is flammable in nature and its composition varies from plant to plant and will also vary with time over the operating life of the plant/Oil-well. In Petroleum refineries, Natural gas processing plants and in Oil and gas Production sites, mixture of natural gases is generated from the below sources: ·          Extraction of Natural Gas along with oil from oil wells, ·          Gases formed above the liquid level in storage tanks ·          Flashing of high pressure crude to low pressures. Flares are essential mechanism used as a piece of refineries and petrochemical facilities . They safely burn abundance hydrocarbon gases which can't be recycled or reused. Overabundance hydrocarbon gases are scorched in the flare systems in an ecological -free way, as a differentiating alternative to releasing the vapour straightforwardly int
