A Flare Gas Recovery System gives various ecological and financial advantages to refineries

One of the safe and pressure diminishing systems in oil and gas refineries, as well as petrochemical complexes, is the help header with the flare stack being the last segment. In this system, all the abundance gases are gathered and sent to flare stack to be burnt. A lot of these gas mixtures have a high warming quality and in some cases, it can even be used as the crude material for different units. It is clear that burning this gas mixture in flare stack causes environmental issues like air and noise pollution. Flare Gas Recovery Systems are specialized compression bundles, which means to recover and repurpose gasses and emissions, like methane/LPG and sulfur dioxide that will usually be burned throughout the flaring method. Key to the protected operation of refineries and petrochemical facilities, the method involves capturing the gas from the flare knock-out vessel and pressures it using liquid ring compressors. The so-recovered gases may be reused inside the facility

Jet Vacuum Systems manufacturers

CrystalTCS have years of experience in this industry and are leading manufactures superior quality Jet Vacuum System Ejector . The jet ejector is a device which having no motive part. The basic principle is depends on variation of models and geometry of their internal passage for producing vacuum. Jet vacuum systems use for creating and maintaining vacuum in process of evaporation, distillation, freezing, degassing. E jectors generate vacuum for evaporation, distillation, evacuation, drying processes. Their simplicity in design and construction offers significant advantages as maintenance free operation over other mechanical vacuum sources. Compressed air driven vacuum ejectors find a wide use in the industry due to the easy availability of Compressed air which acts as a motive medium in these ejectors. These devices are extremely reliant, and highly compact in size. Contrary to Steam based vacuum ejectors they do not require cooling water / chilled water for functioning and als

Enhanced Flare Gas Recovery Systems by Crystal TCS Pvt. Ltd.

CrystalTCS designs advanced ejectors in flare gas recovery systems (FGRS) that utilize the available high pressure gas as energy source to compress low pressure gas mixtures to working pressures. FGRS enable flare systems to achieve the benefits about near zero flaring. Flare gas recovery can result in near 100 percent reduction of flaring, lower maintenance. Captured flare gas can then be reused as fuel. Near zero flaring reduces costly emissions, giving you ecological control with an immediate return on investment. Flare Gas Recovery Systems (FGRS) are exceptionally structured as pressure bundles, that aim to recover and repurpose gasses and emissions, for example, methane/LPGs and sulphur dioxide, that may usually be burned throughout the flaring. Key to the protection of refineries and petrochemical offices, the procedure includes catching the gas from the flare knock out vessel and compressing it by utilizing compressors. The so recovered gases can be reused inside the office&

Power to Gas : future energy solution to store renewable electricity

Power to gas storage is a technology that converts electrical power to a gas storage fuel. When using surplus power from wind generation, the concept is sometimes called windgas. There are currently three methods in use all use electricity to split water into hydrogen and oxygen by means of electrolysis. In the first method, the resulting hydrogen is injected into the natural gas grid or is used in transport or industry. The second method is to combine the hydrogen with carbon dioxide and convert the two gases to methane see natural gas using a methanation reaction such as the Sabatier reaction resulting in an extra energy conversion loss of 8%. The methane /SNG may then be fed into the natural gas grid or further converted in to LPG by synthesising SNG with partial reverse hydrogenation at high pressure and low temperature. LPG in turn can be converted into alkylate which is a premium gasoline blending stock because it has exceptional antiknock properties and gives clean burning
