Crystal TCS Pvt. Ltd. Offers Flare Gas Recovery Systems are customized to meet customer needs. The size of the systems depends on the expected flare gas composition and flow rates. Most of the system components are skid mounted for ease of installation. Developed theories and acquired algorithms have been standardized for accurate performance tests at our ejector testing facility.
Flare Gas Recovery Systems are special compression bundles, meant to recover & reuse gases and emissions such as methane / LPG and sulfur dioxide that would normally be burned in a flare method. The key to safe operation of refineries and petrochemical facilities, this method involves capturing gas from a flare knock-out vessel and pressurizing it using a liquid ring compressor.
Important features
- Rugged design construction - tolerant to the difficulties of the process
- Low maintenance requirements
- Cool Running Liquid Ring Technology - Ideal for handling caustic gas
- Simplified Process - The patent system uses amine because it cleans the gas densely
- Global technical support & services
Advantages:
- Low emissions: Refinery refineries are able to reduce the amount of toxic gases, for example, hydrogen sulfide (H2S), which are burned during the combustion process and released into the atmosphere by recovering waste hydrocarbons.
- Reduced operating costs: Refineries can recycle seized gases made primarily from low atomic hydrocarbons (LPGs), which reduces fuel gas costs for the facility. This is in addition to the sparing that can be made due to the reduction
- Social and Environmental Responsibility: Reducing C02 emissions produced by facilities helps organizations meet natural guidelines, yet demonstrates a commitment & awareness of social commitment and builds goodwill within the network.
- Nearly zero flare emission
- Community relations improved
- Gas recovered for facility fuel gas
- Low utility steam usage
- Installation facility
At Crystal TCS we have adopted a theory-based approach to estimating the efficiency of ejectors in flare gas recovery systems and developed a design based on the basic principles of thermodynamics and fluid flow dynamics. We manufacture Flare Gas Recovery Systems in a variety of materials from carbon steel, stainless steels & hostelloys depending on the application.
